"Record of Agarest War is a strategy role-playing game for the PlayStation®3 released in Japan in September 2007.
A port known as Record of Agarest War Re-appearance was released for the Xbox 360 in Japan in November 2008.
A prequel titled Record of Agarest War Zero was released for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation®3 systems in Japan in June 2009.
The story takes place 1000 years before Record of Agarest War.
With several changes and improvements from the previous games, Record of Agarest War 2 for the PlayStation® was released in Japan in November 2010.
Aksys Games released Record of Agarest War on Xbox 360 and PlayStation®Network in North America in 2010 and Record of Agarest War Zero on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation®3 in June 2011.
